Justin listened to my description and made a few suggestions, and helped create a reasonably-priced custom ring that turned out even more beautiful than I imagined! Highly recommend - both Justin and Vinnie are personable, friendly, patient, and very helpful. This was my first experience with LaPlaca, but it was definitely not my last. (Also happy to find a fantastic local business!)

What a lovely store! I took several of my son’s watches in for repairs and batteries. The prices were fair and the repairs were done while I waited and fast. The customer service was friendly and professional. I'll definitely return to buy some of their beautiful estate pieces.
