They were able to fix a ring that has been in my family for many years!!! The staff is amazing and their work was beautiful! I can't even tell the ring was broken!

Justin listened to my description and made a few suggestions, and helped create a reasonably-priced custom ring that turned out even more beautiful than I imagined! What a lovely store! I took several of my son’s watches in for repairs and batteries. The prices were fair and the repairs were done while I waited and fast. The customer service was friendly and professional. I'll definitely return to buy some of their beautiful estate pieces.
